⟣ Finished works may be sent in png, jpg, or tiff format. Other formats may be discussed prior to commissioning. A version with and without the background may be requested depending on the work commissioned.
⟣ Do NOT ask me to replicate another artist’s style. If you commission me, you are commissioning me for MY style
⟣ When commissioning, please have picture references (no game screenshots) for me to work with. I will not work from text description alone. If I must design your character for you, that will have its' own charge.
⟣ Do NOT rush me. It takes time to complete art and I would appreciate your patience!
⟣ I have the right to decline your commission if I feel I cannot complete it properly
⟣ You may post the finished commission with proper credit.
⟣ If you do not wish for me to tag you when posting the commission on my own socials, just let me know, dear!
⟣ It can take me anywhere from one to twelve weeks to complete your commission. Keep in mind that you are not my only client and I do not work on a first-come-first-serve basis. Due to health reasons, it takes me a bit longer than average to get the work done. But, you will get it! Don't worry!

⟣ All payments must be made within 24 hours of receiving the invoice.
⟣ Invoices will be sent after I have sent the first WIP sketch for your approval.
⟣ No further progress will be made until after payment is confirmed.
⟣ All payments and invoices will be handled via PayPal. If you need to use another payment platform, that may be discussed with me but it is not guaranteed.
⟣ Please keep an eye out for your bank statement to make sure the payment went through properly.
⟣ I do not do rush orders for a variety of reasons, so do not ask for them. My timeline is there for a reason. My work takes time, and if you do not wish to wait for it you are welcome to find another artist to work with.
⟣ If an invoice is left unpaid for longer than 24 hours - with no communication - I will assume the commission is no longer wanted, and will cancel your slot.

⟣ Refunds are not given unless I feel it is necessary to do so.
⟣ If you feel for some reason the work requires a refund you may open a dispute with me, but I will NOT guarantee a return of funds.

As with any commission I want to make sure you are 100% happy with the work done by me. I will keep you updated throughout the art process and send you WIPs as often as I can. Please be open and honest with me regarding your work to make sure we get you exactly what you want. Do not wait to make changes until the piece is nearly complete or you will be charged for the adjustments.

I am delighted if you wish to use the piece for commercial purposes. HOWEVER, you must discuss this with me so we may come to an agreement. Pieces for commercial use - meaning work used for merchandise sales and the like - will likely come with a commercial fee charge that is up to my discretion.⟣ As the artist of the piece, I can post the finished commission, crediting you as the commissioner. I can use the piece, with proper credit, to promote myself within any media platform.⟣ As the commissioner you can repost the art on other websites, but you MUST give me proper credit when doing so. You may use the work for your social media platforms - Twitch, Twitter, Discord, etc. You may NOT, however, print the work or sell it in any way, shape, or form.⟣ You are NOT allowed to change or modify the work in any way. You may NOT claim the piece as your own.

I do not consent to my work being used with A.I. in any way. You may not use my work to train A.I. software or build from my work in any way.
